P.A.C.K. the love in with this simple practice. Use it daily, hourly, continuously.
With your focus of passion share this practice:
P ?Pause
A ?Appreciate.
C ?Connect
K ?Kiss.
It is quite simple and yet effective to keep the passion alive. We live in a rushed world. So, to bring more sizzle to your day.
Take the time to pause and just appreciate your romantic partner. First do it silently to yourself, what do you appreciate about them. Their smile, the towel left out for you in the morning. the peppers that they add just for you. Just savour the thought for a moment.
Then take the moment to share your appreciation with them. ?My love, I appreciate when you ?? or ?I love it when you?.? Be very specific.
Ensure that you are making eye contact when you state your appreciation. It will add impact to your statement. One marker of people in love is how long they gaze into each others eyes when they speak to each other. Enjoy the connection.
