The Human Resources team provides a distinctive approach - partnering with and advising the business on a wide range of innovative people management solutions. We now have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join our team.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources and with dedicated client groups, your mandate will include case management, reviewing policies and procedures and working with the business on key initiatives including performance review, succession planning, talent management, remuneration review and employee engagement. A key facet of the role includes building and leveraging your key stakeholder relationships, whilst developing and implementing strategic people management programs.

A robust communicator with a track record as a HR generalist you will have demonstrated experience in client group relationship management, case management and project work. The ability to provide high quality service to the business in a changing environment will ensure your succeed in this fabulous opportunity.
